An easy to use Measuring System to select the correct size EASY-CHANGE gullet for your horse.
Step 1
Place a saddle on your horse's back, in the correct riding position and make note of a reference point directly underneath the saddle nail.
Step2
Remove the saddle and place the EASY-CHANGE Gauge vertically over your horse's width. Align the Gauge with the reference point you previously noted.
Step 3
Ensure the gauge's bearing area is lying smoothly against the horse and gauge is clear of your horse's wither.
Step 4
The gauge will now indicate the correct colored gullet for your horse. Should your horse measure in the WIDE gullet range, this indicates it is suited to the WIDE saddle rangers. It is recommended that this procedure is repeated every three to four months.
NOTE: If you have fitted the correct size gullet and your saddle is still not fitting correctly, the panel may require a balance adjustment and it is recommended you consult a qualified saddle fitter.
